ATC’s fifth annual Winter Lab for bold work and new ideas features six projects ranging from physical theatre and devised work to comedy. In addition to in-person development sessions for each project, the 51 participants take part in a variety of workshops and panel discussions including:

Cameron Steens - Lead Producer
Second year lead producing, with five other panelists - we reviewed over 50 unique projects and arrived at the final six projects that would participate in the 2024 Winter Lab. From there, I worked closely with the creators of each show to find the right collaborators for their project - ranging from actors to directors, dramaturges, consultants, mentors, designers, and beyond. I contracted all fifty-one artists, created schedules for their two-week developments, and managed all marketing. I coordinated and ran group events, showings and found time to contribute creatively to each project. The Winter Lab continues to be the largest and most rewarding project of my career to date.
